What to Expect

We are excited about the opportunity for sharing our worship service with you. We've all been anxious when attending a new church for the first time and we want to be as helpful as we can to make your experience wonderful.

Service Times
Sunday:  9:15 am Sunday School , 10:30am Worship Service ,  6:00pm Evening Service
Wednesday: 7:00 pm Evening Service

Arrival When you arrive at Cornerstone Baptist Church you will find the sanctuary directly in front of the parking lot.  There is no assigned parking, so park where you like.  The first set of doors lead into a foyer and the next set of doors will take you into the sanctuary.  The worship service is held in the sanctuary as well as a Sunday School class.

Our nursery is located in the building attached to the sanctuary.  There are doors located on both sides of the building.  Each nursery classroom is labeled with the expected age groups.  Our nursery workers' names are published in our weekly bulletin and your children will enjoy Bible lessons, crafts and games.

Dress
At Cornerstone Baptist Church we like to wear our "Sunday Best" for Sunday services.  Our men typically wear jackets and ties and our ladies wear dresses.  Many of the teenagers follow the example set by their parents and wear jackets with ties and dresses as well.   We share this simply because we want our guests to to feel comfortable when attending our services, but please understand that there is no dress code.  We invite you to worship with us this Sunday, you'll feel welcome as you are.

Worship
We are a traditional family church, we sing hymns and choruses expressing gratitude for the gift of salvation.  Our pastor delivers scripture-based, relevant, straightforward and often powerful messages.  We proudly read from the King James Bible which we have in every pew for your convenience.

Offering
Each week at Cornerstone Baptist Church we observe a moment to worship God through the giving of tithes and offerings. This is an act of worship for the members of our church, as a guest, please do not feel any pressure to participate.
